The platform fuses the strengths of AI, short-form content (TikTok model), subscription content (OnlyFans model), community engagement (Discord model), and Web3.0 ownership mechanics.

The purpose of the AURA Creator Program is to identify, onboard, and partner with real human creators to build their official AI digital twin, enabling them to generate income 24/7 without direct time investment.

3. Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must be the sole and rightful owner of all content (photos, videos, voice, likeness) submitted in your application.
• Submission of false age declarations or third-party content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal liability.

4. Purpose of Data Collection

The personal information and media assets you submit through the application form (including but not limited to: name, contact information, social media links, photographs) are collected exclusively for the following purposes:

• Evaluating your suitability for the AURA Creator Program
• Constructing your AI digital twin profile upon approval
• Communicating with you regarding your application status
• Managing the contractual relationship between AURA and approved creators

Your data will never be used for any purpose beyond the above without your explicit written consent.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

We take the protection of your personal information seriously. The following commitments apply to all applicants, regardless of whether their application is approved or rejected:

• No unauthorized use: Your personal information, photographs, and any other submitted materials will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party without your explicit authorization.
• No public disclosure: Your application data is stored on private, secured servers and is accessible only to authorized AURA staff directly involved in the review process.
• Rejected applications: If your application is not approved, your submitted data and media will not be used in any capacity. Data may be retained for a maximum of 90 days for internal record-keeping, after which it will be permanently deleted upon your request.
• Right to deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of all your submitted data at any time by contacting us directly.
• Security: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the AURA Creator Program. AURA reserves the sole discretion to approve or decline any application without obligation to provide justification. All qualified applicants will receive a response within 48 hours of submission.

7. Intellectual Property & License

By submitting your application, you confirm that you own all rights to the content submitted. You grant AURA a limited, conditional, non-exclusive license to use your submitted materials solely for internal evaluation purposes. This license does not permit AURA to publish, distribute, commercialize, or use your materials in any product or service unless a separate Creator Agreement has been formally activated (see Creator Agreement).

This limited evaluation license automatically expires and is revoked in the event your application is rejected.

8. Limitation of Liability

AURA and Sweetheart.chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or submission of your application, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, data loss, or reputational harm.

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content on this site.
